Mr. Klepfish  joined the board of Innovative Fod Holdings in December 2005 and subsequently was named interm president and was named CEO in November 2007. Mr. Klepfish has over 20 years capital markets experience and has extensive expertise working with early stage companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Sam is also on the advisory board of Angel Pool (www.angelpool.com)-a nationwide network of angel groups and has also been an active microcap early stage investor for over 20 years

Mr. Wiernasz has spent over 26 years in the foodservice industry holding such positions as; Restaurateur, Foodservice Sales, District Sales Manager, National Sales Trainer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He is currently the President of Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. Mr. Wiernasz is originally from Massachusetts, where he attended Westfield State College, and currently has offices in Chicago, IL and Naples, FL

Mr. Carrell’s 28 year career in the foodservice industry includes operational hotel and restaurant management, as well as broadline distribution experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Director of Street Sales and General Sales manager. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Sales and Procurement for Food Innovations, Inc., based in Naples, FL. Mr. Carrell earned multiple degrees from Johnson and Wales University, at their Providence, RI campus.

Mr. Haley is a 28 year veteran of the foodservice industry, including 22 years with the nation’s 2nd largest foodservice distributor. His extensive resume includes Executive positions in product development, brand development & strategies, marketing and Sales. He held the position of Sr. Director of Brand Development, Sales & Marketing prior to leaving to form the Haley Group in 2008. Mr. Haley attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has offices in Bluffton SC, Altoona, PA and Naples, FL.
